Anfang Februar bestellt, bis heute keine Ware, Verkäufer nicht erreichbar. Ergo = So schön die Ware auch sein mag, aber das isses nicht wert. Kleiner Shop, hin oder her, bemühen sollte man sich um seine Kunden gerade immer dann, wenn etwas nicht gut läuft. Kopf in den Sand hilft nix.

Bin begeistert, die Ware(Chip) war sicher verpackt in einer schönen Pappschachtel. Aufkleber gabs auch noch dazu, ist ja nun auch nicht selbstverständlich. Rechnung auf beidseitig bedrucktem Papier mit Polyplay Design, schön. Das meiste mag nebensächlich sein doch mir als alter Retro User gefällt das sehr.

Ordered back on October 2nd, asked for several updates to delivery with no response. Finally asked for cancellation of order in late November and December, no response. Finally received a notification in March that my order is shipping and I asked again for order to be cancelled as it was no longer wanted or needed. No response. Just got tracking details, still no response. Let feedback on the website contact form no response. Very frustrated and disappointed. Whatever customer service process they have in place is not working.

Shipping the item took long and received another person's order. I contacted them by Email several times, on Twitter, on Instagram, tried to call, but no answer anywhere. I hope PayPal will help me out to get my refund! Never buying from this shop ever again.
