TOLB (The Other Little Board) is a replacement for the MOS 8701 clock generator chip used on boards 250425, 250466, 250469 and the C128. Works on the C64 Reloaded too!
Main features:
- PAL version
- Gold plated pins
- Onboard oscillator makes it independent from the C64 crystal and easy to convert a C64 from NTSC to PAL
- Consumes only 9 mA of power (a genuine MOS 8701 consumes 25-30 mA)
SaRuMan 64 is a DRAM replacement board for the two DRAM chips on C64 and C64c boards 250466 and 250469. This little board replaces the two 64k x 4 bits DRAM ICs with a single static RAM IC. Accordingly it consumes only a trickle amount of power, about 5mA. It also acts as a VSP bug fixer.
